Bat735 FAQ – Got Questions?
We've Got Answers.

Everything Pakistan players ask about accounts, deposits, withdrawals, cricket betting, bonuses, and the Bat735 app — answered clearly and without the runaround.

Whether you're brand new to Bat735 or you've been playing for a while, this FAQ page is put together to answer the questions that come up most often. From creating your account and making your first PKR deposit to placing bets on PSL matches and requesting a withdrawal — if you've wondered about it, there's a good chance it's covered below.

Bat735 is built for players in Pakistan, and the platform is designed around the payment methods, sports, and preferences that matter most locally. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards, and mobile wallets are all supported for PKR transactions. The sports section is heavy on cricket — PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series — with football and Esports alongside for good measure.

Browse by category using the filters below, or scroll through all questions at your own pace. If something isn't covered here, the Bat735 support team is available around the clock to help.

Account & Registration

Head over to the Register page and fill in your basic details — name, email, mobile number, and a password of your choice. The process takes under two minutes. Once your account is set up, you can log in immediately and start exploring the platform.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is against the platform's terms and can result in all accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your account, use the forgot password option or reach out to support to recover it.

Bat735 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. Age verification may be requested as part of the account setup or withdrawal process. Please game responsibly and within your personal limits.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter the email address linked to your account and you'll receive a reset link shortly. Follow the instructions in the email, set a new password, and log back in. If the email doesn't appear within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Deposits & Payments

Bat735 supports the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets — all in PKR. Simply log in, head to the cashier, select your preferred method, and follow the steps shown.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers can take slightly longer depending on your bank. If your balance hasn't updated after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference for a quick check.

Yes, a minimum deposit applies and is displayed in PKR at the cashier when you select your payment method. Limits can vary slightly by payment channel. The cashier section in your account always shows the current minimums and maximums clearly before you confirm a transaction.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and submit. For more details on processing times and limits, visit the Withdrawal page.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Your withdrawal history and current status are visible in your account dashboard after you log in.

Common reasons include pending identity verification, an incomplete wagering requirement on an active bonus, or a mismatch between your account details and payment method. Check your account notifications for any pending steps, or contact support directly with your withdrawal reference number.
Sports Betting & Cricket

Yes. Cricket is the core of the Bat735 sports section. You can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and major ICC tournaments. Markets include match winner, top batsman, over/under runs, and live in-play betting as the game unfolds. Visit the Sports page to explore all available markets.

Yes, live betting is available on selected cricket matches. Odds update in real time as the match progresses, so you can react to what's happening on the pitch. The live betting section is accessible directly from your account once you are logged in.

Beyond cricket, Bat735 covers international football leagues and tournaments, as well as popular Esports titles. The full list of available sports and events is visible in the sports lobby after you log in to your account.
Casino & Live Games

The Casino section includes a wide range of slots, live roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, and other table games. Live casino tables feature real dealers streamed in real time, giving you an authentic experience from your phone or desktop. New games are added regularly, so there's always something fresh to try.

Some slot titles offer a demo or practice mode that lets you try the game without using real PKR. Live casino tables, however, require real-money play. Check individual game pages in the casino lobby to see if a demo option is available for that title.
Bonuses & Promotions

New players can take advantage of welcome bonuses after registering and making their first PKR deposit. The current offers are listed on the Promotions page. Each bonus has its own terms, including wagering requirements, so read those carefully before opting in.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the winnings. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Requirements vary by promotion, so always check the terms.

Visit the Promotions page while logged in to see all active offers. Some bonuses are credited automatically after a qualifying deposit; others require you to opt in manually by clicking the claim button within the promotion. Your bonus wallet in the account dashboard shows all active and pending bonuses.
Mobile App

Yes. The Bat735 app is available for both Android and iOS. You can download it from the Download page. The app gives you fast access to cricket betting, live casino, your account balance, and promotions — all optimised for mobile screens.

No. Your existing Bat735 account works across the website and the mobile app. Just download the app, open it, and log in with the same username and password you use on the desktop site. Your balance, bonuses, and betting history are all synced automatically.
Security & Responsible Gaming

Bat735 uses standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your account is secured with a password of your choosing, and we recommend using one that is unique and not reused elsewhere. Always log out from shared devices, and never share your password or any one-time codes with anyone — including people claiming to be Bat735 staff.

Bat735 encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and spending budgets before they start playing. If gaming stops feeling like entertainment and starts to feel like stress, it's time to take a break. The Responsible Gaming page has practical guidance on self-assessment and managing your play habits. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only.
